01. Intellectual &
Creative Property
Every pixel, line of code, and storyboard produced by Field Waypoint Studio is the exclusive property of Field Waypoint Studio. This includes all games, visual assets, and trademarks displayed on fieldwaypoint.site.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our platform for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized extraction of our game mechanics is strictly prohibited and protected under Italian IP law.
Terms of Usage: The Fine Print

Modification of our game files or circumventing digital rights management (DRM) results in immediate termination of access.

User-generated content (UGC) inspired by our titles remains the intellectual property of the creator, but grants Field Waypoint a perpetual license to showcase such work.

Commercial use of Field Waypoint branding without written consent from our Roma office is a breach of these terms of service.

Fair Play Policy
Users are strictly forbidden from participating in harassment, toxicity, or systemic exploitation of our services. Field Waypoint reserves the right to suspend any account that compromises the safety or enjoyment of our global player base. This includes "botting," unauthorized scripts, and data harvesting.

Maximum Indemnification
To the maximal extent permitted by Italian law, Field Waypoint Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the service.
Notice on Updates
By continuing to use our services after an update to these terms, you signify your acceptance of the revised provisions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease use of the website immediately.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
